Returns & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with Products purchased through the Online shop and you wish to exchange them, you may return the Products to the Online shop or request that the Company collect the Products from the delivery address specified by you.
We will exchange the Products for products to the same value from the Online shop.
We will not accept the return of any Products for exchange purposes should the Products:
- not be returned to the Online shop, or collected by the Company’s couriers, together with proof of purchase within 7 business days after the date on which the Products were delivered to the address specified by you; or
- have been used or altered in any way, disassembled or permanently installed.
Products must be returned to the Online shop in their original condition together with the packaging as well as all manuals and accessories. Products will be inspected prior to the Company exchanging them.
Should you request that the Products be collected by the Company from the delivery address specified by you, the Company will be entitled to recover the cost of recovering the Products from you. In this regard you authorise the Company to debit your Credit Card with the courier costs. Should we have delivered to you Products that are damaged or that are not what you ordered, we will collect those Products from you at no cost to you. Should we refuse to accept Products that you wish to return (because, for example, you have used them), you authorise us to debit your Credit Card with the cost of the courier having to redeliver the Products to the address specified by you.
Should we agree to exchange the Products originally purchased by you, the Agreement (including these policies) shall apply to the new Products.
Should you wish to cancel your order, the provisions of the Online Site Terms shall apply (see in particular the section entitled ‘Cancellation’). In the case of a cancellation, the Company shall inspect the Products in order to determine whether they have been used or altered. Should they have been used or altered the purported cancellation of the sale will not be accepted.
Should the Company accept your cancellation of an order, the Company will refund the purchase price to you within 10 days from the date on which we accepted your request to cancel the order. The refund will only be processed once the Products have been returned to the Company. Should you be unable to produce proof of purchase, i.e. an invoice, the Company will refund you the lowest price for that Product that applied during the preceding 30 day period. The delivery charges will not be refunded to you.
Should you return Products to the Online shop for repair purposes, the Company shall not commence with any repair work until it has given you a quote specifying the cost of the repairs, and you have accepted that quote. The Company will not charge you for preparing the quote (for example as a result of the need to disassemble and re-assemble a Product) unless, before preparing it, the Company has disclosed to you the price for preparing the quote, and you have authorised the Company to prepare the quote.
Should the Company have repaired a Product purchased by you, and within three months after that repair, the defect has not been remedied or a further defect is discovered, the Company will either replace the Product or refund the purchase price to you.
The Company will return any parts or components it has replaced to you in a container, unless you have declined the return of any such parts.
